Chocolate and Strawberry Kahlua Crepes

I don't know about you, but I live in Miami where crepe spots are few and far between. That means if I want a super thin pancake, I have to put on my chef suit (a t-shirt with a horse on it) and get busy. That's fine... because on Crepes Day (February 2) I've got this recipe, with a fresh pint of Kahlua calling my name.
