Espresso Crepes with Guinness Cream and Caramel Sauce

If you don't like your crepes too sweet, but you're not looking for savory either, this might be the great crepe hope for you. The whipped cream is spiked with Guinness and the crepes have instant coffee and cocoa powder. Drizzle a little caramel on top... place the plate in front of your favorite stout lover on Crepe Day (February 2)... then move back.
