I'm digging these for Taco Tuesday... but unless you leave some of the jalapeno seeds in there, they won't be super spicy. It's the seeds that gives the peppers a kick. Also, wear some gloves when you're removing the seeds. Too many on your skin, and your fingers will start burning. (Trust me, I know!)
