Fireball Apple Fritters

I typically like anything that involves frying apples -- (makes me think of the old McDonald's apple pies, before they got all health conscious with the baking). These fritters are dipped in a beer and Fireball batter... fried... and then sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. If you can eat fewer than 10 in one sitting, you're a saint.
