Pineapple Chicken French Bread with Rum Cheese Sauce

This is something I could make on a Saturday afternoon and eat for lunch... dinner... Sunday morning breakfast... and then lunch again. The only reason I wouldn't have it for Sunday dinner is because I'd probably have eaten it all by then. Welcome to my 24 hour weekend meal obsession!
