Rum Raisin Baked Rice Pudding

I've been making rice pudding on my own since I was 9. When you're cooking something complicated on the stove at that age, you know it's love. Here we have the adult version with a delicious dose of dark rum. I call it a nightcap for foodies. (Or the last thing you're smiling with before you're dead asleep... depends on how much you eat!)
